Book of the Month: Skincare by Caroline Hirons

Caroline Hirons tells it like it is, no BS! I love her authenticity and how she takes into account varying budgets. Books like this DID NOT exist for me and I can't wait to read the "New Edit". This book is in my top 3 and will likely only lose its place to another edition from Caroline.

• Cleanse properly to remove makeup!

• Don't wash your face in the shower! Too hot.

• Acid exfoliating is gentler than physical ones like scrubs

• Use products on damp skin

• Invest in serums

• Eye creams first before thick moisturizers & oils but after toners & serums

• Face masks are not that effective, focus more on your regular skin routine

• Useful ingredients should be higher than parabens in the ingredient list

• Prioritize your skin and its products over other less necessary things
