Caroline Hirons tells it like it is, no BS! I love her authenticity and how she takes into account varying budgets. Books like this DID NOT exist for me and I can't wait to read the "New Edit". This book is in my top 3 and will likely only lose its place to another edition from Caroline.

Acid exfoliating is gentler than physical ones like scrubs
Use products on damp skin
Invest in serums
Eye creams first before thick moisturizers & oils but after toners & serums
Face masks are not that effective, focus more on your regular skin routine
Useful ingredients should be higher than parabens in the ingredient list
Prioritize your skin and its products over other less necessary things
